Advice from a Realtor

A customer was just in picking-up some Hillcrest Lanterns. Last week she was in picking-up some Alameda Lanterns. We got to talking and it turned out she was a Realtor and investor in the upscale Hinsdale area about 3-miles from our office and warehouse. She told me she always buys new outdoor wall lanterns for houses she is listing because "$500 in outdoor lights will add $2500 to the home's value via better curb appeal and decrease the amount of time the house is on the market by as much as 30-days. It was a win-win situation for her and the little investor group she represents. Interesting tidbit, Nels
